Returns

If you find you need to return something, the first thing to do is to let us know, using our Contact Us page. It really will help if you briefly tell us why you need to return an item, but you can return an item for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order (or by January 15th for items purchased in November of December, where the item is unopened and unused).  This does not affect your statutory rights and further information can be found in our Terms and Conditions
