Hi and welcome to ElectricGemZ ... what can we do for you?

ElectricGemZ is based in Orpington in the United Kingdom and our warehouse is in Clacton on Sea. We're not part of a major corporate - just a small firm, specialising in licensed toys and games and loving what we do.

This isn't business - it's personal!

Here on our website you'll find more than 2500 products, with new lines and ranges being added all the time. If it's not here now, then it probably will be soon - and if you can't wait, you can always contact us and we'll see what we can do.

That's the joy of being a relatively small company - we have time for you!

Our No 1 priority is - and always will be - service. Everything we sell is brand new, in stock and unopened (except when we have to switch something that makes sounds off for transit) - and we aim to despatch everything on the day it's ordered. If you clear checkout before 2pm (Monday to Friday) we'll do what we can to get it out the door, securely packaged and on its way to you the same day as fast as we can. Once you've bought it, it's yours and we want you to have it now - delivered in a flash!

Our reputation is already pretty formidable, and we'll do everything we can to keep things that way! You are important to us and we sincerely appreciate your visit and hope that you decide to purchase from us.
